NESCAFE AND YOU?




Nescafe`. Student's bestie. they never miss to cheer you up and help you to stay alert or awake even in 3 a.m. I know everyone love it. And so do i. Unlike me, i used to get a cup of nescafe early in the morning. Basically as a breakfast. Here i want to share something with you. I suggest you to take it as a hot drink early in the morning because it helps you to stay energetic in whole day of your class. As a student, Nescafe actually is not HEALTHY anymore if you choose to have 5 sachet per day.

I bet you guys know Caffeine is the KEY that keep your eyes alert.
so lets get to know what is caffeine and how it can affects your body, mind and emotions.
-sekali-sekala tak salah jika kita ambil tahu apa yang kita minum setiap hari walaupun ia nampak kecil-

what is caffeine:
Caffeine is a potent quick - acting drug which produces an effect similar to the stress response in our bodies.


COMMON EFFECTS OF CAFFEINE
  1. raises blood pressure
  2. causes your stomach to produce more acid
  3. irritates the stomach lining.
  4. affect the length and quality of sleep.Heavy caffeine users suffer from sleep - deprivation because their nervous system is too stimulated ( yang membuatkan anda segar sentiasa) to allow them sleep or restful.
SO START TO LOVE YOURSELF.





This week gonna be a very hard week for me.
midterm . assignment. presentation. research.
I know i should not be complained about this PART of being college student. But hey. i still a human being . I eat. drink. tired. sleep.
